The CrossFit Fundamentals covers the major lifting movements that are used in our CrossFit classes, giving instruction on proper form and technique to maximize strength gains and minimize the chance of injury. It will provide and introduction to what CrossFit is, how classes run, what to expect in classes and an introduction to other beginner CrossFitters! This course is mandatory prior to participating in any coached CrossFit classes for those with less than 1 year of CrossFit experience. For those with 1+ years of CrossFit experience see CrossFit Test below. The course occurs during two 2-hour sessions over two days.
